This is an affiliation with www.acaciaslim.com. Order a "free trial" from acaiciaslim, and not long after, you begin to get billings from fit-fac.com. I was billed a total of $80 and have received a full refund. It took two months.
1. Call your credit card fraud department immediately to report the fraudulent billing and cancel your card.
2. Call your local police department and file a complaint.
3. Go to your state attorney general's web site to find procedure for filing a complaint.
4. Call the contact phone number 866-407-1022. Demand a full refund. Get credit authorization numbers. Keep calling back until you get them. Keep notes of name, date and time of who you talked to. They will give you a name and fax number, and another name and an address for refund requests.
5. Write a letter detailing all charges. Specify the dollar amount you want refunded, and demanding they stop solicitation both to your email address and the fax number you use. Make copies for your credit card company, police department and attorney general. Fax it and mail it certified to the numbers and addresses they provide you. Make sure that they see that copies are going to credit card and law enforcement agencies.
6. When they called you back, be very careful of any additional information you give them.

Because I challenged their $29.95 charge on my account, along with another one made by Acaipure, my American Express credit card has been canceled after nearly 20 years as a reliable customer.

I ordered this product before doing my research. It sounded too good to be true, so when I looked it up on the internet, I find all kinds of complaints. The scam is that they don't ship you the product in time to use it and cancel the membership. Fortunately, I saved all email, correspondence, etc. with relation to this product. In the confirmation, they don't give any way to cancel. If you didn't save the original information, you wouldn't know how to get in touch to cancel. They also set you up on something called pricelimbo. You have to cancel everything separately. I asked them if that was everything and was assured I was taken care of. Charges started showing up for fit-fac.com on my credit card. 3 months of $29.95 before I caught it. They will agree to refund you a complimentary $29.95, but don't offer how long they have charged you. The rep tried to convince me that it was on the original document, which I have a copy of, and it is not. THEY ARE ANOTHER RIP OFF! I demanded that they refund all charges, but no telling how many they are ripping off every day. I am supposed to get a refund to my card within 15 days... We'll see. Do not order ACAI!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PUT A STOP TO THIS?????
