I have just received a charge on my Visa from Fit-fac.com.
I visited the site, but could not get any reply from customer service when I tried to make an inquiry and now have a charge.
When I tried to use the link again it does not work.

Just recently i looked onto my online banking account and noticed that three things were purchased without my authorization. One was for www.fit-fac.com for $29.95, another for PRIMETIMEClearwaterFL for $16.95 and EZSaver for $1.95. I had never purchased anything from either of those places. I knew someone was taking my money. I had tried calling many of those companies numbers but they either didnt have the option i was looking for or I couldnt get a hold of them. The Clearwater FL number wasnt even a full number. And when i tried sending emails to them they would send ones back saying i couldnt reply to it and that they would let me know in 72 hours, yet they never did. I went to my bank today and had them help me. They told me they were scams!! They helped get my money back and they reported the three places. They also had to get me a new checkings account so they wouldnttake any more money from me and they had to cut up my card. Everything was ok after that. I just have to wait teo weeks to get my new card. If this has happend to you and you don't know what to do about it, go to your bank and have them help you out immediately.

I recieved an unauthorized charge of $29.95 from a website wwwfit-fac.com that I have never been on. I did sign up for a trial of Acai a Slim through the Oprah Winfrey show and believe that this is a scam that they are pulling. I also recieved 2 unauthorized charges from the Acaiaslim that were credited after I called and complained. I was also told by an Acaiaslim representative that in their fine print of a free trial sign up that it states after 14 days from the date of accepting the free trial that if they were not contacted and told to not send more product that your credit card would be charged and the product automatically sent to you. Pretty sneeky and unprofessional. This kind of practice should be outlawed.

I was charged an extra 29 + $'s for the free trial of acai. This was after I cancelled my "membership" to receive the acai berry supplement. Everything has to be a scam. Sheila Duhn
