unauthorized charges
be careful ordering 'free' samples of Acaia or Bromalite - you automatically get enrolled in fit-fac.com for a "free" trial. They claim they send an email (proabably ended up in the SPAM folder - who checks that anyway?) and when you fail to respond to the email, you agree to be charged the subscription fee ($29.95). After threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau, i was finally able to get the charge reversed. The way to do this is to go to the website and do the live chat. They tried to get me to call back during business hours, but because of how upset i was about the charge, they 'managed' to find a customer service rep after hours. She tried to get me to use the service for the month (since i already paid for it). I was forceful in my objections and finally received a confirmation number for the reversal of the charge.

unauthorized charges
Same issue as everyone else stated on this website. I stupidly believed the ad that showed Oprah and Rachel Ray and decided to order a free trial of Bromalite. Got the free trial and a few days later noticed a charge for $69.95 on my credit card. Called 866-897-0663 and after waiting 20 minutes on hold I spoke to a cust service rep who issued my credit, canceled the order and gave me a conf #.
However, be aware that by ordering this free trial - apparently you automatically get signed up for Fit-Fac.com. A $29.95 charge showed up for this on my account. It's apparently a diet support site and it's a monthly charge. They claim it's in the terms and conditions on the FRAUDULENT Bromalite website when you order. After telling this cust serv person 3 times I wanted a refund and for the account to be canceled - she also gave me a refund, cancellation and conf #. To cancel this one call: 866-407-1022
AcaiBerry - same thing - ordered free trial and then $87.13 showed up on my account. Call 866-949-0138 to cancel this order and get your refund.
Good luck everyone - these guys are crooks. I've learned my lesson that's for sure!

unauthorized charge
OMG, these internet companies are the biggest scammers. Not only did I get a bogus charge for Bromalite, after further examination of my bank statment, I was also charged for something called fit-fac.com. I have no idea what this is, no paper work or product to explain it and no email received about it. After calling the # on my bank statment, and yet another heated conversation with Mike, I was told my account would be refunded within 15days. WE SHALL SEE!!!

Unauthorized charge
I too ordered the 15 day free Acai berry Tablets & paid for shipping only.
When I received it there was a small paper insert in very small print saying to cancel if you didn't want to continue receiving this.
So I called & cancelled. I then later found a charge for $29.95 and another separate charge of $1.17 from Fit-Fac.com
I called the number on my bank statement & after Many questions and my request to speak to a manager I was given a confirmation
number for the refund of both amounts & cancellation of the "membership" We'll see what happens. I will definately be
changing my card number.

Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card
I requested "free sample" of the Acai berry supplement that was advertised on Oprah and authorized the shipping charges of $3.95. There was no mention in the disclaimer that there would be an additional charge of $26.04 for this "free" offer. They have deducted this amount 4 times from my account I have called them and cancelled several times. And every time I was told that my account would not be deducted any more and that I could not be refunded. I was just told that I was enrolled in a fit program and that I needed to log in and cancel the account. However, I never received a user name, password and, more importantly, I never authorized this. I was charged $26.04 for something at a website that I never visited and therefore never purchased anything from. I do not know anything about fit-fac.com. What can I do to get the charges reversed and to make them stop deducting from my account?

Unauthorized charges
I ordered some Body Cleans pills. I sent all of the products back and have a receipt from the Post Office. I DID BNOT AUTHORIZE THESE PAYMENTS OF 29.95 to be taken out of my account. The CSR did not advise me of ANY contract or agreement to pay this. They have deducted this THREE times from my account since I have cancelled the account. I cancelled this back in September.
I am trying to call the 1800 numbers on my checking account and it never goes through.
WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THESE CHARGES REVERSED?
My email is [email protected]
Sincerely,
Mary Burke

unauthorized credit card charge
I was charged $29.95 on my credit card which I never authorized. I sent for a free trial of the DRI*AcaiaSlim (877-317-0189) for $4.95. They also charged me $79.95 on a later date which I never authorized. I will dispute these charges on my credit card. I did phone them and told them that they were very deceitful. I think I will cancel my credit card to avoid any more of these unauthorized charges.

unauthorised debiting of my Visa.
This company has debited twice my card in November and twice in December, and I do not know them, what they do, or havn't received anything from them, they are stealing folks' money, and they should be stopped.
The only thing I can think of is I ordered some Green Tea, of which I paid heavily for, and the shipping also, and this company may be somehow affiliated, but I am not sure.
As I live in Canada, it is hard to contact them, and I have tried every way, email, onsite email, and telephone, but I can't gt them on the phone, they are very unavailable. They say they are having technical difficulties, right!
This is costing me around $60.00 per month, and I am a pensioner with not much money, and my income is fixed, so I will not be able to pay, but without cancelling my credit card I am not sure what to do, it is very worrying!
Can you please help?
Regards,
Christine Cullen

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
Okay, so this is a total scam. Funnily enough, this scam didn't even start with Fit factory (of Fit-Fac.com). It all started with Acai-aSlim. I saw someone's blog (which now I realize was a totally setup, ) about a great way to lose weight though a combination of AcaiSlim and Colon Cleansing pills. The offer was to try it for just the cost of shipping. I got the product (waaaay later than promised, mind you, ) and saw the two charges of 4.95 for shipping for each product. One was from ACAIASLIM SOFTWARE and the other from POWERTEA SOFTWARE.
A few days later, I noticed that there were two more charges on my account from the two same companies. POWERTEA SOFTWARE charged 34.95 and ACAIASLIM charged me 79.95! I called my credit card company and they took the charges off and was going to look into the company.
About a week later I saw another charge from Fit-Fac.com, a company I never even heard of. They charged 29.95 to my card. After calling my card company again, they returned the charges back to the company.
