I have not received product and was charged 29.95. I have already spoke with the company and they still charged me for a product I did not get or do I even want it

Recently found a charge of $29.95 on my credit card.. in addition I ordered free sample of Acai Product and was charged $79.95 . When I contacted the company they said the "fine print" stated if I kept the product they would charge the amt. I told them I would send the product back to them unused and they promised to restore the $79.95. As of yet, I have not received any recompense for my money. jj

unauthorized charges
Cancelled and returned product two days ago, and told them NOT to charge my credit card but they did anyway. Tonight I see an In-Process charge on my bank account for $29.95

I ordered aciaberry suppliment for 3.95 and a 19.95 charge was put on my credit card for this fit-fac.com. I don't even know what it is

Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card
I was just charged $26.04 for something at a website that I never visited and therefore never puchased anything from . I did, however, request a "free sample" of the Acai berry supplement that was advertised on Oprah and authorized the shipping charges of $3.95. No where in the disclaimer did it mention an additional charge of $26.04 for this "free" offer. I would like this charge refunded immediately to my creidt card and plan to follow up with my bank and have this listed as a fraudulent charge and may contact the appropriate authorites. I am also going to email the "Oprah" website so they are aware of this website and how they are ripping people off.

Unauthorized charge
I too, have just noticed a billing charge of $29.95 on my bank statement from www.fit-fac.com. This is an unauthorized charge and I will have to contact my bank first thing on Monday to have it removed.

I have also been charged 29.95 twice so far from this comapny never recieved antthing never visited their so called web site. can anybody help with this company?? was aslo charged from another company acaipure and did not recieve anything from them $49.95.$44.90.$39.95 we had to cancel my debit card. we suggest all of you do that. otherwise you just keep getting charged for nothing

Scammers
Beware these scammers. I have never seen or heard of them before, but they are very slippery scoundrels. I called Bank of America and am having them do a fraud report and kick their slimy butts. This stupid company charges me $59 when not only do I not have anything to show but don't even know what they do!
This did not go over well.
Join the fight against these lice by getting your bank involved. Lets put 'em out of business!

unauthorized credit charges
This company is a rip off. I ordered a free sample of Acia Berry and when I got my credit card bill was charged two months at $29.95 which I never agreed to. They told me it was on the 2nd page in small print. I would never order anything like a membership to an online group without knowing about it first. It is time to stop these rip off companies.
