unauthorized charges
I also ordered acci for just the shipping of $3.95 & had a charge of $29.95 on my credit card that i did not authorize. When i tried to contact the company i was not able to get thru. i have sent an email everyday since the charge appeared on my card & have yet to receive a response.

Unauthorized charge
I had ordered a supplement from another company and when I checked my bank account today I see a charge of $29.95 on my account from FIT-FAC.com. I was never notified of any such charge from the other company. Please check your accounts if you order anything!

Unauthorized Charges
I also ordered the free trial of Acai and had 2 charges of $29.95 AND an $89.31 charge for something I never ordered or agreed to! I am going to dispute the charges and never order anything from them again.
Ridiculous.

My account was charged for a product that I NEVER ordered, I called them and was told that they would refund my money, but I haven't seen that yet.

unauthorized charge on my credit card
I ordered these sample shipments:
1) ACAI BERRY--free, pay only $3.95 for shipment
2) TOTAL CLEANSE--free, pay only $5.95 for shipment.
Both shipping charges have been posted on my credit card. I have gotten the free products. I don't intend to re-order and have not authorized anything of the sort.
What is this charge for $29.95 from fit-fac.com?
Beware...this is a first and last internet order I will purchase for samples that are "free", but a fraudulent charge appears right away!
I am disputing this charge anyway, but public BEWARE!!

unauthorized charge
I do not know how these people obtained my debit card info. The only thing I know is when I requested a sample of Acai Berry supplement they must have obtained my info. I have demanded them to refund my money but they have not.

extra charge for free product
I signed up online for the acai berry free sample and the total cleanse, was charged the s&h, and then charged for the use of a website called www.fit-fac.com. I had called the numbers listed on the order site to cancel this extra stuff and was told it would be done. So today I look at my account to see this charge for 29.95. It's suppsed to be a 15 day free trial for just what I ordered and the 15 days aren't up yet, what the shizzle!?
