Illegal Charges to my debit card
I received some info on acaiberry. I read over it & decided I did not want to try the product for $3.95 shipping & handling. When I hit the X to get out of the info, a popup came up & said you could try this sample for only $1.00 S&H. Like a dummy I paid the $1.00 & on 10-30-08 & was billed on my debit card as Your VIP Fit - $1.00. Then on 11-7-08 a charge shows up from fit-fac.com for $29.95. Then on 11-17-08 a charge shows up from 1E-Mail Offer for $89.31. I still have not received any acaiberry. After reading other complaints, I have realized that I have been scamed. If anyone knows how to get these charges reversed, please let me know. Thank you.

Unapproved Charges
I ordered a free trial of the Acai Berry dietary pill as was show on the Oprah show with Dr. Oz. I agreed to pay for S/H 3.95. I never received the the free trial product and now I have been charged 29.95 from a website called www.fit-fac.com which I have never visited and does not exist on the web. I am very angry that in these hard times that a company is able to rip you off by not delivering the product and then having the nerve to charge you for yet another service that you don't know about and never signed up for.

charged 29.95 twice on same day and refused to take the charges off my card
I was checking my account details online and found two charges for the same amount 29.95 each on the same day that I did not authorize..I called the company and they gave me a hard time needless to say I got no where. I now have to fill out forms from my back and go thru miles of red tape to see if I can get my money back.

unauthorized charges to bank
I was directed to a website to obtain a free trial of AcaiBerry supplement. I provided my debit card info to pay for $3.95 for S&H.
I then noticed that my bank was also charged $29.95 by www.fit-fac.com - they are not the company I requested the free trial from. However, when I called the company they said that when I ordered the free trial I was also signing on for additional online support from Fit-Fac.
They pretty much told me I was out of luck; however, I insisted that I agreed to no such thing when I asked for the free trial and that they needed to credit my account. I eventually got them to agree - they even gave me a confirmation number. I'll keep checking to make sure I receive the credit.
This is very bad business and to use Rachel Ray's and Oprah's name advertise this product is outrageous. I think they should both get involved and get this stopped.

charging my bank account $29.95 did not authorize
registered to receive a 30 day free trial for acai berry - agreed to pay $3.95 for S&H - gave debit card info - said the charge would show up as "Online Health" for $3.95 - I have a confirmation number - did this on 10/24/08 - have yet to receive anything - and now my checking account has been charged $29.95 on 10/30/08 and $89.31 on 11/13/08 - neither of which I have authorized - and I still have not received my 30 day free trial - please help!

Had a deal to get a supplement (Acacia (sp?) Berry for free paying only the shipping.
When I called to find out who charged me for what, they told me in the fine print it said something about a membership and not canceling within 7 days... I asked to speak with a manager and then he said he would credit my account as a one time courtesy and gave me a confirmation number.
I hope they really do because money is very tight and I would never have and now never will again buy or try something online.
today is Nov 13 and I ordered on Oct 31st
