I have been keeping up with everybodys complaints since November last year and it's obvious that this "Fit Factory" is FRAUD.

If enough of us call (I just did) then we can bring this company down. I was told by the person I spoke with that if enough complaints are processed and if there is a pattern of the same complaints shown with this company then maybe it will be taken into legal action. I too was a victim of Fit Factory when I purchased Acai Berry for only 1 dollar from www.acaiultraburn.com. It's fake, it's all fake. There are some legit websites out there but I do recommend shopping locally and not purchasing products online unless you know it is a trusted website. However, I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too and I have gotten my refund of 29.95 back that I was told I would never be charged again by one of their innocent little deceptive customer service representatives. I'm sick of this company so please people, don't give up. I know I work too hard for scammers to take what I have earned. If you have already tried to cancel your debit/credit cards, file a dispute with your bank against fit-fac, called at least a million times to fit factory (1866 407-1022), and nothing seems to work, the Better Business Bureau www.bbb.org will help you and the FTC. Like I said, don't give up trying to get YOUR money back. That's what these people want us to do
