I ordered the Acai Berry Supplement to try, and then read a lot about the various products, so when it came I called and cancelled it. Then I noticed a $29.95 charge on my bank statement that I had no idea what it was for. I tried calling the 800 number on the bank statement, but never got a person. I forgot about it for a month or so, then realized again that another payment was taken out of my bank. I called and finally got a person, and got 2 month's worth of payments refunded, so I am out $29.95. But that's a small price to pay for a big lesson. READ THE SMALL PRINT. I told the supervisor I spoke to that their company was deceptive and fraudulent. All you have to do is go to their website (www.fit-fac.com) and see that I am not in the minority here. There is a remark on their main page addressing charges on your bank statement that you aren't aware of. This company should be black balled!!! Pass the word. Tell everyone to be wary.
