I called complaining and was given a credit in approximately 4 days. NOW, I have just found a $29.95 charge on my account by Fit.Fac. I called complaining. The CSR could not even pull up a record on me. She asked me if I had ordered a free trial of the Acai Berry Detox and I had. But I committed to nothing else.
