i just spoke with dri acaiaslim phone 1 877 317 0189 which is where I order and cancelled my acaisaslim they told me that when you pruches your product you are also agree to the fit factory i did not see that on the wed page them or now they saying this is another company which dosent answer it phone so call the number above and GIVEN HELL also here another number for dri power tea same company 1866 544 6590 hope this helps also if it from your cards you need to cancell them because they will still keep charging you

I ordered two diet products via the internet and was only responsible for the shipping and handling. I received my products and a couple of weeks later noticed not one but two charges to my checking account. One amount was for $79.95 and the other for $29.95. I called the 800 # for the $79.95 charge and disputed the charge with the representative. She gave me some bullsh*t story on why the charge was valid. After threatening to call my cc company and file fraud charges she said she would do a "courtesy credit" (what exactly is a courtesy credit???? Anywya, a couple of weeks later I get another charge on my checking account for $29.95 for the other diet product. I call THAT 800# and got an answering machine each time I called. I fianlly got a hold of someone from the company via LIVE CHAT and was told she couldn't help me and I needed to call the 800#. I explained to her that no one was answering the phone and she said she would forward my info and complaint to the customer service dept. I am currently waiting on a response from the company. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!!

i was checking my bank account on 12/25/2008 and i noticed a charge for 29.95 that was unauthorized i would like these charged refunded. As soon as possible if able. This has happened to me in the past and i am not sure if i will be using the internet to buy products any longer

In checking my banking activity on 12/23/08 there was an unauthorized debit to my account for $29.95, which I didn't have a clue as to who or what this company was about. This is the second time that I have experienced this with another online company and it has left me with a bad taste about online and internet purchases. It really makes me suspect now of these companies. This represents to me poor business ehtics.
