Unarthorized charges
I had ordered a free trial on November 4th and was suppose to receive the trial within 7 days. By the 15th nothing came so I called and called, was put on hold for about 40 minutes and finally an accented voice came on. I ask where he was picking up from and he said Utah, remember that the company is in Florida, and I cancel it before the trial period of 19 days expiered.
By the time I noticed the $29 and some cents charge on my account this week I realize that it had been the second charge, first as "Fit-Fac" that was deducted from my account three days after I had called to cancel, and the second charge is scheduled for tomorrow the 12th from a similar name "Fit Factory". I called my bank and was only able to get the second charge refunded because the first had already past its 30 day limit.
This is one of the biggest scam out there. If it had been a few dollars I wouldn't have bothered but $29 or so twice is a lot of money in this economy. The economy is tough so they decided to scam us of what little we have.

Never ordered a product, but charged anyway
I never ordered any product from them (Fit Factory) or their sister company. It appears that they stole my credit card number and charged $19.95.
I know that if they do this 100 times, there will be some people that do not look at their credit card statements in detail and will miss this charge. So out of 100 times there will be 20 people that do not check for fraud, thus they get 20 people at $19.95 or $29.95 they will make lots of money.
Thank you for reading my complaint, best of luck. Sincerely Steve Cook from

Scam charges
I went to check my balance on my debit card and saw fit factory had attempted to deduct 29.95 from my account. I have never even visited their website and have no clue how they got my card number. I tried to call the number on my statement and it of course was not a valid number. Luckily for me, I had not yet deposited my check so there was not enough money to cover their charge. The only thing I can figure is that someone hacked my computer and got the info because I have never heard of this company. I did order some acai-berry from www.extremeacaiberry.com and that could be what happened. I think this is ridiculous that I can't use my card for fear of someone stealing my money.

fraugelant acitvity
I leave in the UK and was just charged £13.66 and I have never even visted this website and never purchased anything from this company. I did, however, request a "free" sample of the Acai berry supplement and authorized the shipping charges. No where in the disclaimer did it mention an additional charge of £13.66 for this "free" offer. I would like this charge refunded to my bank account immediate and I have followed this up with my bank and have registered this charge as a fraudulent charge.

unauthorized charge
free sample and charged $29.95, total rip off supposed to refund but my bank is checking into. Everyone who has been affected by them needs to complain... very rude and hostile people. Someone needs to shut them down.

Unauthorized Charges
I, too, ordered a trial of the Acai Berry for the cost of shipping and handling. I never received my trial, but within approximately 7 days I was charged 89.21 by a company called MyEzyTrim. I called them and was told that when I ordered the trial, that if I did not call and cancel within 7 days, that I would be shipped a thirty day supply for the 89.21. I told them that I never saw any statement to that fact, that I had never received my trial and I had not received the thirty day supply either. When I asked for a refund they said I would have to return the order to them, but I had never received the order. Low and behold, with a couple of days, BOTH of the orders showed up in my mailbox, which I refused delivery of. I have filed a complaint with my local bank and with the Florida Department of Agriculture, Consumer Affairs. Now I have found two charges from Fit Factory for 29.95 which was also associated with this trial of Acai Berry. What a freakin' scam. I finally reached someone in customer service and told them that if I did not get a refund of 59.90, that I would report them also. They gave me a confirmation number, but I got the royal round around until I threatened to report them. She gave me a toll free number for Acai Berry also. It's 1-877-350-8480. This has been an awfully expensive lesson learned. Don't click on those little Ads by Google!

False Deduction from my Bank
This company debited my account and I have never heard of them . It was for $29.95. Then there is another one called total cleanse and that one got my account twice and I never ordered nothing from them either. It is a rip-off scam that originates firn Acai Berry free trial where all you pay for is shipping and handling and you cancel within 30 days. I bet they all are the same company with a different name. Tht total cleanse has a 800 number listed that don't even ring go figure. Anyway please be aware. I have to go throgh all kinds of changes to get my moneyback.

Did not sign up for this company
I noticed a charge on my bank account last night for $29.95 for a company called Fit Factory. I found the website and when I requested a password recovery, they sent all the login information that they set up for me!! And to my email! So not only do they have my email info, they have my bank account info and who knows what else! Beware of the Acai Berry sites. Apparently they are giving out our personal info. I ordered the trial of the Acai Berry and received it after a week as it had said. It also said that after the 14 day trial, I would be charged $89.31. They waited over a month to charge that to my account, which by that time I had changed my mind. These sites are all scams. Be very careful!!!
