this was supose to be a free!!!trial and only 5$ charge for shipping i have now got a amount on my account for 40.$ im ferious yes!!!

Beware of ordering any Free Trials over the internet.

Last month I signed up for a free trial of Extreme Acai Berry and didn't notice the fine print below stating that I agreed to 3 monthly charges. Since then I have been charged for these items:

1) Acai Berry supplement monthly supply $89.51
2) Pricelimbo monthly membership $8.51
3) Fit Factory monthly membership $29.95

I phoned Visa to reverse the charges and they said "It's legal" because it's in fine print and they cannot do anything about it. But if you cancel and they charge you again they will reverse the charge. They also advised me to get the cancellation in writing (proof).

There needs to be an Internet Law against scams like this getting away with robbery! And Charge Card Companies need to back it up.

Lesson learned!

I had ordered on line a free sample of some energy pills; charged $1.00 for shipping and handling. Now I have an unauthorized charge of $29.95 on my credit card. I contacted Fit factory ( never heard of them) and they told me I did not call to cancel. I told them I never authorized any charges. I spoke to Paul agent 23508 Dec 2 2008 and he said a credit would be issued to my account within 10 days. I never received the free sample or any communication. Paul also told me that unless I called fit factory before Dec 17, I would have another charge taken out of my account.

THIS IS FRAUD!!!

but anyhow, this is a total fraud you have to be very cautious when purchasing it.
i didn't come to read all the feed backs or complaints about the product, i would have become one of the victims too.
i mean i just called acai aslim 18773170189 and cacelled my automatic shipment but i sitll have to call fit factory to cancel as well and the fit factory is not open so i am just waiting for them to open at 9am.
very frustrated but glad i read the complaints.
