unauthorized charge to my credit card
I received an unauthorized charge to my credit card from the Fit Factory and have tried to contact them with no luck. The numbers for calling them are both disconnected.
This was "supposedly" something that came with the free sample of Acai berry that I ordered (and I might add have since cancelled the auto-ship of this product)

unauthorized charges
I was also charged 29.95 with no authorization by this company...
Here is what we all need to do...
I called the Federal Trade Commission this morning and they need country wide or more states than just the one I live in to get these jerks...
So you all need to call the FTC in Washington Dc here is the number

Please take time and call them, it doesn't take but a couple of minutes and once they have enough complaints this company will be friend at the stake for this crap..
It is a toll free number, if we don't take the time to protect ourselves from people like this no one will.
Also I will be contacting the attorney general today in the state of Nevada, the information I have posted about fit factory comes straight from the bbb...you should also check out the bbb

go to check out a business or charity and then click on the advances option make sure you click on the united states option as well once the page comes up where you do the search just type fit factory in the box do not attempt to put a state or address in...it will bring up that they have unsatisfactory remarks from the bbb...

Unauthorized Charge
Same thing here. First I ordered the product, the PO lost the package, so by the time I received the "free trial", I was already charged an 89.00 fee for the monthly supply. Today, there is a charge for 29.95 to Fit Factory. When I searched that name, I found this site. Surprise, surprise. I guess I should have done this before ordering. I order products online all the time, I guess like everyone else, you don't think that this will happen. Now, I am out over a hundred dollars and I haven't even tried the product for two weeks to see IF IT EVEN WORKS!!!

unauthorized withdrawel from my checking account
I ordered a free sample of a dietary supplement over a week ago. The only charge i authorized was a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. I have not received the free sample but today have found a withdrawel on my checking account for $29.95 which I did not authorize. I will be looking into this further. I think it is a shame that during such terrible times people are going to such extreme's as stealing from innocent people.

Sneaky added costs to "Free Trial" Acai-aSlim product.
Charges added to my credit card after ordering "Free Trial" of Acai-aSlim. (Another rip off! READ ALL THE TERM AND CONDITIONS!!!)
Both products have the automatic charges in the "Terms" heading. I got scammed because I am used to purchasing online from reputable retailers.
I learned my lesson. I just hope there are not any more charges added to my account. BUYER BEWARE!
And I thought porn sites were the biggest sleaze-balls on the web!
I was linked to Acai-aSlim's website from Yahoo news., BTW.

Unauthorized charges
Fit Factory looked like they might have a decent weight-loss product to try. Their site indicated you could try the product, at no cost (free, only pay shipping), for one month. I have no product and my account's been charged $29.95 I'm furious!
