IAll I know is I filled out a free home trial of acai berry for shipping amount only of 5.95, and they took 29.95 out of my account without my permission. I want my money back in my account and the hell with the acaiberry.

charged 29.95 for a "free" sample and then 89.95 monthly charge for I dont know what...never received anything.

I ordered a 'FREE SAMPLE' of the Acacia Berry from an online company. I had 15 days to cancel any membership. After THREE days they charged my account $29.95 for a membership and I hadn't even recieved the product yet! The phone number listed on my bank statement was no good. It said 'Thank you for calling' and then hangs up. I tried it several times. I ran accross an 800 number in this forum and want to thank whoever it was for listing it, because I actually got through to a live person. That number is 1-800-660-8489. I spoke to a woman, told her they can't charge me for a trial for something I hadn't even TRIED yet. She said she would cancel my account and refund my money. THE NEXT DAY there was ANOTHER charge for $29.95 to my account!!! I called, FURIOUS and she said that I had TWO accounts open with them. What the EFF??? I demanded she cancel ALL of my accounts, refund ALL of my money and I hoped it was the last time I would ever have to speak to anyone at their company. She said it takes an entire billing cycle to refund my money. These people are scam artists, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have my fingers crossed about my refund, but am not holding my breath. Jerks.

I was also charged the shipping charge for the Acai sample which I never received. Then I was charged $29.95 for the Fit Factory. I called the number on their website at 7:00pm EST and spoke to Eileen in New York City. She gave me a hard time but finally agreed to put the money back in my account. I will contact my bank in the morning and continue to watch until my account gets credited. The number that I called for the Fit Factory was 866-407-1022

A special offer that apparently comes with the Acai berry sample that is a hoax in and of itself just read below.Anyway a $29.95 charge showed up on my checking account online and is listed with there 866 # unlike the acai berry which goes under IP mybodyphysique. I had to call them and rant and rave for 15 minutes and finally got my money back or suppose to be refunded in 3-5 days I did get a confirmation number. Hopefully I guess we will see. But dont ever succumb to any special offers on the net again!!!

Well one week later my check card was charged $29.95 from www.fit-fac.com and another wk later yesterday was charged for $89.31. I have found info stating that 90 dopllar charge will continue to renew each 30 days on my account. I never received any product from the intitial $3.95 let alone a monthly shipment. I called the fit fac number 866-407-1022 and ranted adn raved for 15 minutes and finally got my $29.95 back with a conf # that it will be posted in 3-5 days. I have called the Acai ppl several times to only keep getting disconnected. I went to my bank yesterday evening disputed the 89.31 plus the intital 3.95 and have to wait ten days to see if they are able to reach the ppl to get my money back. Also am without a check card for 2 weeks while I wait on my new one to come in the mail. As anytime you dispute a charge you have to cancel and start over. This is rediculous. These are totally hidden charges to the customers when supposedly ordering the "so called FREE" sample. I will never order any special offers again via internet. So far I have had no trust issues with internet purchasing until now. Let alone Acai ppl sell your card info. to the company called www.fit-fac.com which is unethical to say the least!!! Theses ppl should have their pants sued off and go to prison for embezzling from ppl.
