unathorized charge
So today I was looking at my bank account and noticed a charge for $29.95 from FIT FACTORY that I had not agreed to at all. What I would suggest is that if you see this charge cancel your account now. IT IS A MAJOR FRAUD.

Fraudulent Charges
I, just like everyone else, signed up for the "free trial" of Acai Berry. I was only charged $1 for the shipping though. However, a week later (yesterday) I noticed a charge of $29.95 on my bank statement. God bless online banking! I immediately called my bank to file a complaint. I asked if there was any way (after reading all of the complaints on here) that I could stop the company from debiting my account again. They put a "stop-payment" on the merchant. (I suggest doing so yourselves.) I called this Fit Factory place (using the number on my statement) and raised holy hell! They of course said I that I signed up for a "program" and authorized this, and future, transactions. Like hell I did! I demanded they refund my money and refrain from any future transactions. I was sure to make them aware that I reported the fraudulent charge to my bank. I also let them know that there is a website (this one) dedicated (in part) to their fraudulent activity and bad business practices. They gave me a confirmation number so hopefully I will be seeing the refund soon! And by the way, I still haven't gotten the product either. I should've demanded my $1 be refunded too!!!

Unauthorized Charge
I have read the numerous complaints about the unauthorized charges for 19.95 mine was for 29.95. I did order the Acai berry from a 14slimtabs but did not agree to the fitfactory service. The fitfactory company is not the one being misleading. It is the place where you order another product. When I ordered the Acai berry suppliment I saw a reference to the FitFactory but I did not see where it quoted a price. I was under the impression that it was one in the same. So when I saw the charge on my account I freaked. I did not authorize any charge from a "Fit Factory". Like everyone else I went to the bank and canceled my debit card and was told that there was no other information other than the name and the charge. I left the bank a little upset. I resolved to come home and find the company online. My search did not take long. I found this site first and read all of the negative feed back about Fit Factory and thought I was in trouble. Then I found another site for a service. I tried this site and went to the "Contact Us" section and called the 800 number. I spoke with a woman named Crystal who was very helpful. She explained what happened and was more than glad to issue a refund.
The problem is not them it is the misleading information from the website that you originally placed an order.

Unauthorized charge!
I reviewed my bank statement today and i have a 29.95 fee charged from Fit Factory when i have never been to their site, have never purchased from them, and have never even seen their product or KNOW what they sell!!!
I've noticed a LOT of complaints against them, and i'm wondering since it's all within a week, what is going to be done?? I'm currently on hold for my bank to pick up, but at 12:44am EST i'm going to have ZERO luck tonight!

charges taken from my acct and I didn't buy anything
I did not order anything from them and 29.95 was taken out of my bank account without my permission. I want my money put back in my account and I want something done to the people that are taking advantage of people like me and others from what I see here.

charged for an item I did not purchase
I ordered the trial size acai berry 3.95 (which I i never received) and my credit card account was charged 29.95. I will be going to the bank to cancel my card and straighten out this mess!!!

Unauthorized charges to my bank account
I ordered a free trial of acai berry. My bank account was debited $3.95 for the shipping charges. I have not received any product and it's been over a week since that time. I have now looked at my bank account and have found a charge for $29.95 from Fit Factory. This is a scam. I will contact my bank and the attorney general in the morning. This enrages me.

fraud!
I tried the "free" trial also for just the 3, 95. and then i see that not even three days later i was charged for the 29.95 from fit factory(whom i have NEVER heard of). when i called the number 800-66-8489 number it is no longer in service. i have called my bank and told them that i have no clue what they are and i am 100% certain that i didnt sign up for it. and then to top it off not even 5 days after i get my free trial i was charged 89.31 for my "plan" that i agreed too. What else should i do?

Unathorized Charge
I received a charge for $19.95 on my bank account from "Fit Factory" and I have no idea where or what this charge is. I am changing my card number once again.
