Scam charges
I stupidly signed up for Bromalite, got this $29.95 unauthorized charge from Fit Factory, too. Had to get nasty on phone to have it removed.

Unauthorized billing
There was a charge of $29.95 placed on my charge card for I dont know what. I have called the number that the credit card gave me and I have not had a response.

Unauthorized Charges
I have no idea how this company got my credit card information; I just checked out their website; first time ever. I have been charged $29.95 (3) times for nothing. I didn't order diet aids or vitamins from anyone. No help from customer service; phone numbers are bogus. This is really scary! I had to stop my credit card. I hope I can get to the bottom of this!

unauthorize charges
Just got off phone with about 2 charges one from Fit Factory and one Learn How Debt works. Both charges came from ordering ACAi Berry supplements recommended by Oprah. What a rip off. One had already charged me $150.

unauthorized charges
I recevied charges on my credit card from Fit Factory when I did not receive any order information or order anything from them...apparently my free trial from Tri Slim authorized this other company to bill me for some on line membership...This should be considered fraudulent business...i have never received any information nor email fromt hem oncerning this membership...They say they sent it on the day of the purchase but I received nothing...i cancelled any recurreing billing to Tri slim and they refunded my omoney but did not tell me they were in cahoots with Fit Factory...is there any recourse...i want my money back for non receipt of product or supply..

unauthorized charges
i just ordered slim365 free trial for shipping only charge of $4.95 and at the end they added a monthly membership fee of $19.95 to fit factory that i did NOT authorize! i have already called my bank and am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB. I want to know how and why these fraudulent companies are allowed to continue scamming people?!

This company charges you $29.95 before you have a chance to cancel their product. Do not every order any Acai online no matter what Oprah says.

SCAM
WHEN YOU CANCEL, BROMALITE DOES NOT TELL YOU TO CALL FIT FACTORY DIRECTLY IN ORDER TO NOT BE CHARGED THEIR MEMBERSHIP!!! I called this company tonight after reading the "hook" Bromalite uses to forward confidential credit information to Fit Factory for an unauthorized membership. I spoke with a young woman named "Margo" who initially did not seem to understand what a "cancellation" meant, and proceeded to offer me an "extended trial period". When I very firmly stated that the only thing I wanted was a cancellation number, I was placed on hold for a moment, then given a cancellation that begins with three alphabets and is followed by eight numbers. Bromalite gave me three numbers, an alphabet, and two additional numbers.She assured me that this cancelled my membership and that there would be "no future charges". According to her, at the point of sale with Bromalite, even the "trial offer", consumers "authorized" Bromalite to forward all credit information to Fit Factory for automatic membership. CAUTION: If you do not cancel Fit Factory directly, you WILL be charged their membership. Bromalite does NOT inform you of that if you cancel with them!! I have contacted my bank, and I would advise anyone else who's be caught in this SCAM to do the same.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges
For the 3rd month in a row, my credit card has been charged $29.95 by something called "#WWWSELFHELPFFCOM800 O." There's a phone number associated with the charge: 866-4071022 NV. When you call that number, you get a call center in the Phillipines -- they told me that the charge was for something called "Fit Factory, " and that I've subscribed to an online weight loss program through them. I have not done any such thing; I'm not even overweight. Obviously, "Fit Factory" is a bunch of crooks!! I've had my bank reverse the first two charges, but the charges keep coming, even though the call center in the Phillipines promises that the charge will be reversed and that my "account, " which I never set up, has been closed. BEWARE!
