I ordered Acai Berry and then cancelled. Just noticed today a charge from fit factory 29.95. I called the # 1-866-407-1022, tried to be nice to get better results, but it doesnt matter they dont care. I have a conformation # for a refund so well see! Why doesnt BBB GO AFTER THEM, THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG

unauthorized charged
I was charged $29.95 two times each month for 3 months for a FitFactory membership that I never authorized. It all stemmed from a free trial sample for Acai xtreme berry sample. I only paid shipping and handling. That, too, was a scam. It took over 14 days for me to receive the free trial and, therefore, I was billed 89.31 because I did not cancel within 14 days of purchase. Then 3 months later I notice a charge on my debit card for 29.95 two times each month for 3 months from FitFactory. When I contacted the company and told them that I never authorized the membership, they said that it was fully disclosed when I ordered the acai berry. I believe that is untrue, I do not remember seeing anything about FitFactory. There was also no information about FitFactory with the product that I received. It is a shame that a company has to trick people into becoming members and fraudulently charge their accounts. This should be illegal. Customer Service said I was charged 29.95 two times each month because I had two memberships. Why would someone want two memberships anyway. What a scam!

Unauthorized Charges
If I would have known ordering from colopure would lead to subscribing to fit factory and they would be billing my credit card I would have never agreed to colopure...apparently there is a place where they ask you to click if you want fit factory or dont want fit factory...I guess it is hidden where you really dont pay attention to what it is and ignore the question... I beleive that is ...well just plain bad! How can we trust even the reputable companies?

Unauthorized Charges
Ordered free Acia Diet Pills plus shipping/handling charges of $4.95 from an AciaSlim website because they were recommended by Dr. Oz on the Oprah Winfrey show. Received the first delivery of pills but immediately cancelled future deliveries during the trial period after learning they would cost $80 +. Since then I have received unauthorized monthly $19.95 charges on my credit card from companies I have never heard of called Fit Factory and Self Help FF . Investigation led to linking these companies to the Acai Diet Pills. I called the customer service numbers listed on their websites which were answered by representatives who asked for my name and told me to hold for the next available person -then going to busy signals - then dead silence until I hung up the phone, on one ocassion I stayed connected for 1/2 hour. I can not make contact with this company to get the unauthorized charges to stop or refunded My credit card company says this is a common practice and will try to help me. I call this a scam and fraudulant practice. I will have to cancel my credit card to stop future charges.

Unauthorized charges
In Dec. of 2008 I ordered acai berry sample for $4.95, which was supposed to be 1 month's supply. They charged me $44.95. I called for return information and received a number for returning. I wrote the number on the envelope and returned the product unopened. I kept getting telemarketing calls about various items (schooling, new businesses, etc). I repeatedly told them to remove me from their lists and stated that I never requested their information as they falsely claimed.
I was refunded $33.92 of my original cost. I have been charged twice since then for the amount of $29.95. I somehow overlooked the first time, but not this one. I called and received some script about how I had signed up for some Fit Factory membership when I ordered my free sample. I denied this and request a full refund. She said I could only get a partial refund for Feb. I was adamant about my full refund so she said she was transferring me to her supervisor. I was unceremoniously cut off. I am contacting my bank in the morning and will get some satisfaction there.
BUYER BEWARE!

unauthorized credit card charge
I sent for a free sample of acai berry and provided my credit card number for payment of postage. I received the sample and called to cancel further shipments. I thought that was the end of it. I have since been charged twice for $29.95 for membership in Fit Factory. I don't even know what that is and have received no services from them. I e-mailed them to send me a refund check but have not heard from them yet. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid further charges. My telephone call to them was frustrating. The agent sounded like she was reading from a script. She said she couldn't refund the charges but would cancel future charges. I am out $59.90 and have nothing in receipt of it. This is fraud as far as I am concerned.

I ordered a sample bottle of power flush for $1.99 and then received charges of $29.95 on my credit card for a Fit Factory subscription I never received. I call customer service immediately and demanded a credit. They credited the entire amount. Be firm!!!

Fraudulent Charges
Everyone should be on high alert that AcaiNoni and Fit Factory are somehow working together on this great scam! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau today when all these mysterious charges showed up on my account totalling $196.75. Obviously NOT FREE! AcaiNoni claims they do not know Fit Factory.
Oddly enough as soon as I said the wor fraudulent - they credited all of there ridiculous charges, cancelled my account, and said have a nice day. I cancelled my credit card, reported them to security investigators, wrote a letter to Better Business Bureau, and now I am leaving word here...DO NOT BE TAKEN IN, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF FOR SURE!!!
