Acai Diet is involved with Fit Factory - these terms and conditions are not well explained when you sign up. Before you know it, you could be charged $76.28 and 29.95 respectively on your credit card. It is deceiving too because all of the contact numbers are different. The product, and misleading terms and conditions are not worth the headache.


And for anyone else who may experience a moment of weakness, willing to try to latest fads such as WuYi Pixie, Bromalite, PowerTea, Acai Slim... they are all "in cahoots " too. You will not receive any confirmation e-mails once you sign up, so all you have to track these riduculous future charges are the phone numbers that appear on your visa statement.

Once again, these products are not worth it. And these convoluted scams can only serve as a reminder to stick with a good ole' balanced diet and exercise, and water (consistently). Save yourself some time and money. I just spent 2 hours looking up all of these yahoos, reading consumer complaints, and cancelling all these accounts.

I ordered Acai Berry and Bromalite's free trails and when I read the fine print and noticed that there was a third company you had to call to cancel a membership - Fit Factory or be charged 69.95 - I called immediately. I opened the email to get the contact information, called and canceled. They charged me for opening the email. I am currently disputing the charge. Read all the fine print.

Ordered a Green Tea Extreme product over a YEAR ago. Received 1 bottle, didn't like it, returned next bottle, got 1 more in the mail, order finally cancelled.

Today I noticed I had a charge on my bankcard for $39.95 (lucky people who only got $19.95) from www.fit-fac.com . You go to that page and it says right on there 'If you have an unrecognized bank charge, call 866-407-1022'. I called the number and they claimed that I didn't 'opt out' of an online 'fitness' service when I ordered the original product, and therefore, by rote, agreed to these monthly charges. They couldn't even tell me what product I originally ordered. www.greenteaextreme.com says they no longer have an affiliation with them and will not help.

Bogus. Supposedly I'm getting my many charges back, per "Amanda Brady" the customer service supervisor. Go for it people! Bug them to get those charges stopped and money back. We'll see if I do ...

This company has taken money out my checking acccount on 01/02/2009 and I did not sign up for anything or authorize any money to be taken by them. I do not even know what the company sells or does. I tried to contact them personally through their website but you cannot even click on the link! I want a credit back to checking account!

I had ordered Bromolite and Fit Factory claims that I took a 21 day trial - well, it wasn't even 21 days - it was within 7 days that they billed my checking account. How did they even get that number. I will never order a diet product off the internet again. I called the company and they very politely refunded my $29.95 and canceled my subscription (which I never took). This is lunacy, how can these companies get away with this? I never even received a piece of paper or packing slip when the bottle of bomolite arrived in my mail!!!
