Was offered a one month service for whitch I have never asked for and it seems that I can not solve this matter with this company. I have tried to get in touch with fit factory and just can not reach them. They also say that I will have to pay after the one month free service whitch I don't want. It is a shame that when you want to by a product and get stuck with another that you do not want.

I called and talked to a customer service rep. by the name of Anton. I was told my money, $29.95 + another fee of $1.17 would be returned to my account. NOW my account has been charged a fee of $128.00, which now has me overdrawn $159.00. I ordered a sample of acai Berry. I also called and immediately canceled my order. I talked to a lady by the name of Lynn. She assured me my order was canceled, and I would NOT be charged ANYTHING else. She gave me a conformation # of 2057630. I want my money back, NOW!!!.

The customer service rep. from Fit Factory gave me a conformation # of RAB 10123106 to return my $29.95, and another conformation # of RAB 10123107.

BEWARE OF THE FREE TRIAL OFFER!!! I sent away for a free trial of Acai Berry which indicated you only needed to pay for shipping charges. I received the free trial, then was billed $29.95 from the fit-factory. I was also immediately billed for a subscription for the product on a monthly basis (over $80!!) even though I never signed up to receive anything. I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card and was given credit, however, the next month the $29.95 charge appeared again. The credit card told me it was for a subscription -- which I did not sign up for. I called the company and after several attempts was given someone who hardly spoke English. I explained that I did not authorize this, and did not sign up for a membership to his site. He said that when I received the free trial, I was signing up for a membership to Fit Factory. There is nowhere on that free trial offer that indicates anything like this, so be wary of these "free" trial offers when you sign up. He tried to get me to say that I was cancelling my subscription, but I instead told him at least three times that I never signed up for a subscription and was disputing the charge. He said he would cancel the account. I have gone so far as to cancel my credit card so that these people cannot keep charging me. This is clearly a scam. If you need a telephone number for the Fit Factory, try 806-407-1022. I was finally able to get through to someone on this number.

As others have complained I received the $29.95 charge. When I called to question/credit charge, the rep said he couldn't find my "account" and asked me for me credit coared number!!! This operation is a total scam. I now have to file a complaint with my credit card company . With all the scams they have pulled, can't an authority shut this down?

This company charged my credit card for 29.95 after I ordered a "free sample" of Bromalite...

I called the company and got my credit card refunded within 3 days and membership cancelled.

Here is the best way to handle the call to avoid them telling you that there is nothing they can do:
1. tell them the call is being recorded
2. tell them that you plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office if not issued a refund along with cancelling the memebship.
3. ask for a confirmation # and aslo an email confirmation.

They will 1st try to tell you that there is nothing that they can do about the initial 29.95 charge since you did not cancel within the 1st 21 days. They will also point out that this was disclosed when you clicked "rush my order" or "submit" for your "Free Sample"... Simply tell them "that is poor business practice - please credit my account for the 29.95 and cancel the membership - thanks you!"

Remember - there is no such thing as a "Free Sample" except for a slice of cheese from the deli at your local grocery store!!
