Same thing happened to us. I too was scammed by Acai Berry/Colotox - I thought once I had canceled both of those, I was in the clear...wrong! When the $29.95 appeared on our bank statement this morning, I immediately called our Credit Union, who was able to get through on the phone. They transferred the call to us. I spoke to the Call Center Representative briefly, then asked to speak to a supervisor, Ms. Jackie Green identified herself as the 'Supervisor', she assured me the charge would be refunded and the membership canceled immediately. I asked for the FCC Licensing information which they refused to provide. Ms. Green did provide the corporate address, I do plan to write a letter - not sure it will do any good, but it's worth a try. I also plan to contact the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. Here's the corporate address, just in case anyone else feels the urge to express their displeasure.

I ORDERED A "FREE TRIAL" OF ACAI BERRY...RECEIVED IT AND NOW I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR A FITNESS MEMBERSHIP THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT AND WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH !

This is ridiculous! I don't know how these people got my account information but about 1 month ago I signed up for two free trials of different teeth whitening products, Luminous Brites and Celebrity Smile. Both of which have made unauthorized charges to my bank account! I am so furious I want to sue. I don't even know who Fit Factory is but you can be sure that I will report this as fraud to my bank. (They charged $29.95 to my bank accout) I might even change my account number. I have learned my lesson, NEVER SIGN UP FOR "FREE TRIALS" ON THE INTERNET!!!

i have been trying to reach the phone number at 1 800 660 8489 also 1866 407 1033 this one has answering machine you can not get thur cant leave a meesage so forget about try to reach them get hold of your bank and get them to handle it for you also i did get thur online a fitfactory on line with guote a trainer she giving out the 1 866 407 1033 i spoke with her again she dosent know why it not being answered but she saied if you order a free trail offer you also get signed up with the fit factor i didnt see that on the wed page did anyone esle

I saw a message on Facebook for a colon cleansing item, free month trial for a charge of 4.95 for S/H. There was no mention of continuing charges or monthly fees. It was a one time trial. I opened my bill statement today to find a charge from a "Fit Factory" (first time seeing this particular name). I called the telephone number listed on my statement next to the name of the business that made the charge of 29.95 and I receive a recording. The recording says they are open during the time I am calling 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time (I am calling from the northeast at 4:30 so they should still be open). The recording says I should leave my name and number and someone will get back to me, I get ready to leave my name and number and it says mailbox full, press zero to speak to a receptionist. I press zero which rings and rings and rings, no answer. Besides the fact this item made me sick after only taking two of the pills, it is a SCAM. Do not do it. I am in the process of filing a dispute with the credit card company. What an aggravation that I don't need right now. Nobody should have to deal with this and it should not happen. I will not purchase anything online unless it is from a major reputable online site.
