Like the rest of these people with complaints, I had a similar situation. I saw the advertisement for the Bromalite/Acai Berry free trial offer. I ordered both products in December, but only was charged and received the Bromalite. I was called 2 days after I placed the order to confirm that I had, in fact, placed the order. At that time they told me everything else that I had signed up for and I insisted they cancel all other services which they said they did and even provided 2 confirmation numbers. I was never cancelled and ended up with a $29.99 pending charge from Fit Factory. I immediately called my bank who gave me a number for the company. I called and after they tried to sell me everything but the kitchen sink they finally agreed to a "refund". Now since the charge had not actually posted to my account yet, I assumed they could just void it and stop the payment, but they were not clear on why they couldn't. I am still waiting to see. They also tried to tell me I had to call and cancel within a certain number of days of my free trial and that they couldn't refund the money. I yelled a lot and explained that I had cancelled and if she didn't credit my money back NOW, I would sue the company along with my bank. I am still waiting, but my advise to everyone is this: read every ounce of the fine print!!! They will scam you every time. The number I used, which is still in service is 1-866-407-1022.
