Credit Card Charged with nothing in return
I have noticed that my credit card has been billed $24.82 on 1-24 so I called the 866-407-4020 number on my bill on 3-2-10 to find out what it was and talked to Andrew. He said he would stop the payments and reimburse me for the charges and gave me a confirmation number. I just got my next credit card statement and another $24.82 was charged on 2-23 so I callled again and talked to Andrew again. He said he stopped the payments on 3-2 and I was mistaken, he was not going to reimburse me for any charges. He said I opted to take this program when I got the Dazel White or whatever it was called. I did not want anything but the sample and was eventually charged $400 before I could get it cancelled. I did not authorize anypayment for Fitclubonline and have not received any product for my two payments of $24.82.. What can I do?

getting charged to my credit card for nothing
im consantly getting charged every month for this whatever it is meant to be but i have never recieved any thing no even a email and im copping overseas transacition fees on top and i cannot seem to find anyway of contacting them to cancel their unortherised withdrawals if any one knows how to stop this company from scamming peolpe can they contact the appropiate organisation thankyou

sneaky scams!!!!
you purchase a resveratrol product which in and of itself is very expensive and unknowingly you subscribe to an online site which gives you a free 30 day trial that you really are unaware and they charge a monthly fee of $24.82...you don't catch until months later and it's too late to retrieve full refund

taking unauthorised from mastercard
Took monthly payments from my CC account for a non-existing product. I was the same as others and had ordered a tooth whitening "Free Trial" which I cancelled within minutes of placing the order! It has cost me over £100 to date but the good news is that I have managed to contact the company and they cancelled the subscription without any argument. They obviously are relying on people taking a couple of months to work out what is happening before trying to cancel. The number that appears after the transaction on the Credit card is the phone No.It starts 86640. From UK dial 001 b efore the number. I wasn't on the phone too long as they replied very quickly. I certainly won't get caught out with something like this again.

withdrawals
further to my earlier post I have now cancelled the charges to my cc...
on my cc after the name fitclubonline is a number which is their telephone no. mine was 866 407 4020 a New York no. ( from the UK dial 001) they have given me a cancellation no. + a e-mail to confirm this
did not try to get any refund as they seem to have you by the b*lls and I'm just happy that they will not be anymore charges (hopefully as I have read that some people still get charged after they have said that their will be no more) but I informed my cc to put the withdrawals into dispute
hope others will get on the phone and cancel
their office hours are 9am-8pm (UK are 5hours infront

unable to cancel
like everyone else on here this company continue to take money out of my account even though I have cancelled the products that I bought ( on a free tail basis ) they then split the payments between 3 companies (2 of which I have managed to cancel ) but to cancel this fitclubonline is proving very difficult as the phone numbers given on here will not register
how can a company like this contiuoiusly take money out of my account without allowing me to cancel ????

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT
I HAVE RECIEVED CHARGES ON MY BANK STATMENT FROM 883xFITCLUBONLINE*****74020 GB THAT I HAVE NOT AUTHORZIED. I AM NOT SURE WHERE THIS HAS EVEN COME FROM. THE COMPLAINT BLOG IS THE ONLY PLACE I CAN FIND IT. THERE ARE CHARGES ON 01/19/2001, 01/21/2010, 01/25/2010 AND ONE MOE PENDING ON MY ACCOUNT. I WANT REFUNDS AND I NEED TO FIND OUT HOW TO STOP THESE CHARGES.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
Hello again. I just submitted a comment and need to make a correction.
The credit card company will send me a form. They will reimburse me WHEN THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE COMPLETED FORM FROM ME, and then they will go to the company to rocover the charges.
Sorry for the confusion.
