unauthorized charges
I was charged $19.95 for a product I never received by this so called company. The toll free number listed charge account bill must be bogus because it is a construction company and they have never heard of this but are going to report the use of their phone number by this fit-fac company. I never had any dealing with this company at all to be charged for something I never received.

We did not order anything from this company they charged our bank account for 29.95 and we did not authorize this.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a sample bottle of this product for $5.95 for which only $1.00 showed up on my statement until Nov. 26th when an unauthorized charge of $29.95 has been made to my account. I also received a bottle of a Colon xR cleanse that I ordered at the same time and the number for that company according to the insert with the product has been disconnected. I should have known better than to have ordered over the Internet, last time I'll ever do that.

fraudulent charges
i checked my checking account this morning and also had a charge of 29.95 from fit.fac.com. i have no idea what this is and did not authorize this charge.

products not received
Having ordered products on the 29th October, still awaiting arrival and as yet nothing received and have been charged for my 2nd months supply, would love to receive my first !!
Will be cancelling completly now and informing my bank to withhold any other payments

29.95 CHARGE
I HAVE RECEIVED A CHARGE OF 29.95 ON MY DEBIT CARD. I AGREED TO GET THE SAMPLE BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT SO THEREFORE I AM UNABLE TO DECIDE IF I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE THIS. I WOULD LIKE FOR THIS CHARGE TO BE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOT TO BE CHARGED ANYTHING AT ALL. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO VERIFY THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BEFORE THERE ARE ANYMORE CHARGES MADE.
