I cancelled personal training because the male trainer began calling me from his personal cell phone before our training began. It made me feel uncomfortable that he was calling me to see "how I was doing". This is a simple question that could've been asked at our initial training session. Why he felt the need to ask me several times in one week is wierd. I hand wrote a letter to cancel within the 5 day cancellation period. The manager, Micah, advised me it would take a week to get a refund. It has been 2 weeks and everytime I have called to speak to him, he is not there. I tried to find a corporate number online & they don't have one! You are on your own. After being persistent, I was able to speak to Danielle. She was great and handled the situation better than Michah!! She found my file in the wong pile and Micah had not even signed off on releasing the check yet!! Danielle was awesome and she informed the head accounts manager about my situation so It can be handled right away. I have yet to see when I will get my check. She promised me it would take 2 days after Michah signs off on it. My advice to everyone is..find another gym!
