no boots sent
I purchased some boots from the fitted boots store on Saturday, 21 November 2009 payment was taken immediately from my credit card and despite several emails and no response i have not received them, I am hoping I can get a reund from my credit card.

Non-receivement of items
DO NOT ORDER FROM FITTED BOOTSTORE - IT IS A SCAM. I ordered a pair of boots from them and never received them. I have emailed them many times and they do not respond - they do not answer their phones - they always have a messages that says to call before 3 p.m. which I did many times and they NEVER answer the phones. They have taken my payment will not respond regarding a refund - they don't exist - they are just scamming people.

Non delivery of goods
I ordered Annabell boots from the fitted boot store (fittedbootstore.com) on April 25th. After 3 weeks I had not received the boots, I sent an email requesting a delivery date and a reason for the delay. I received no reply. 3 months later the boots still have not arrived. I sent an email requesting a refund and made numerous calls to the number provided on the website. Each time I called it rang and then was answered by an automated message informing me that there was no one in the office. This message is updated daily with the current date but no one seems to remain in the office to answer the phone.
I have sent a letter via recorded delivery requesting a refund. I now have to see whether they respond but I'm not going to hold my breath. My next step is to contact trading standards and the small claims court.
I contacted channel 4 about their endorsement of the company as a provider of wider calf fitting boots. The responded informing me that they had had several such complaints and as a result they had removed endorsement of the company and informed their producers. Unfortunately, the clip is on youtube and this is where the companies website is linked to. Perhaps, if possile, we need to report the video to youtube and request its removal.

Stay well clear
On 4 February 2009 I ordered boots from fittedbootstore.com and the money was taken from my card that day. Despite numerous phone calls and e-mails all I have received are 2 "standard" replies apologising for delay and that matters will be sorted.
On 24 April 2009 I sent off a recorded delivery letter to them as per Trading Standards recommendations and again, no response.
I wish I had never ordered from this site, there are now numerous others in the same position as myself, all having had monies taken from their cards and no deliveries of boots. Please do not order from the company!!!

Robbery
I ordered two pairs of boots from this company on the 13th December 2008, payment was taken immediately for them, one pair arrived, the others didn't. Finally at the end of March I wrote to the company and a week later they arrived - but appalling quality. Looked like they came off a market stall. Sent them back but have never had a refund. Have called company twice and emailed twice, so I wrote them two letters sent registered mail, one saying they had 14 days to refund my money, the next one saying I am taking this to the small claims court. Have informed Trading Standards who were great and also Watchdog. I used to be a producer on the show so I have recommended they investigate this company. Very worried they appeared on Gok Wan, it's setting people up to be robbed of their money, as this is robbery.

Scammers

They did not send the correct size- I measured the calf of the boot and it was under by more than 1cm. They were also too small. I immediately returned them and the company received them back on 21st April. Since then I have emailed and called and no response. The company uses an answering service although more recently all calls are diverted to an Orange voicemail- which is permanently full. They are not replying to any contact and I am still waiting for a refund like many many others. I have contacted Trading Standards in Bath and will go from there. I know this will have to go to small claims as so many other people have been through this.

Worst shopping experience I ever had
Ordered two pairs of boots, never received, have emailed and called with no reply on several occasions. Can call the owner at home - especially handy as i start work at 6am and it keeps me busy in the car - and ghe keps saying they were sent, will be refunded and nothing happens. This man is despicable and there are hundreds of other complaints like this online.
I would avoid this site like a plague... or definately order with a credit card as they will cover you when they don't arTive.
