Received phone call from Attorney Zoe of Fitzgerald, Goldstein & Zoe stating there was a warrant out for the the arrest of my husband due to and outstanding bill with Zales Jewelers dating back to 2001. I reiterated to him that after many phone calls with different agencies no one has sent proof or documentation of any kind to us. There is also no record of him owing this money on his credit report.

I was informed that this matter had to be taken care of immediately. On April 9, 2009 I had spoken with a Mr. Howard of that office and he indicated I would receive information in the mail regarding this debt. To date still nothing. After being quite intimidated and not wanting my husband arrested, I made arrangements for payment. He assured me the money would be deducted from my account on June 30, 2009 and within one week documentation would be received stating this matter is now closed. To date I have received nothing and the company who withdrew my money was Graham-Nobel Associates of Buffalo, NY.
