Couple obtained membership for use of RV parks through the US. Husband died in 1999 and wife tried to cancel the contract since she was no longer able to RV (in fact, the RV was sold after her husbands death. Fee continued to be deducted from her checking account until 2005, when she was advised the contact the credit union and stop the charges.

Since that time she has been flooded with phone call on both her home phone, and more recently on her cell phone. I (as her attorney) have tried to work with this group since 2005 to cancel the contract and quit the harassment of this 84 year old widow with a heart condition and on a fixed income, all to no avail. This is beginning to take a toll on her health and simply is not worth it! They are now trying to "discount" the contract buy out and say they will sign a release if she sends the $1, 000. Please make this stop!!!
