For anyone who's ever been scammed by five star universal, universal promotions, universal funpass, universal adventure usa, universal action travel, universal explorations and pretty much any other branch that's pretty much all run by the same group of crooks, I want you all to do something for me.

Contact the competition bureau in Canada and file a complaint. They have a toll free number at 1-800-348-5358. Now I recommend calling them, but if for some reason you can't call them or the line is only for Canadian residents, then you can file a complaint to their site. Here's the form.

It doesn't seem likely that I'm going to be getting my money back from these criminals, so now I'm going to do everything I can to make sure these f**kers and their companies get buried. recived a phone cal with vauge details on me asking to confirm. continues to say they want to give me a promotional package i did not want and told them i didnt have the money or a job. they continued to push the payment and AMAZINGLY went through even though it took my credit card 170. over draft. the email containd notihning other than diriction to call them for the information NOT what they tell you on the phone they say its all their they don't even give names of hotels you'll be staying at or the cruise lines. let alone the stupid cupon booklet that your supposed to recieve. then when you do log into the web site it tells you that its a completely diffrent package all together. so i paid 700. for an email. three weeks latter i was phoned yet again by the same company with the exact same spiel she was like really?? i said ya i have a confirmation code she needed to know what it was. Now their web site dosent even contain their terms and conditions which clearly stated that you actually have to earn 40-50, 000. to even qualify to be elegable however they have deleted this.this was my email package !!!
