When I used their online ordering system it was an awful experience. It does not give the customer the chance to review, confirm, or edit information. Once entered, it proceeds to ask you if you want another item, just for S&H. When you say no, it makes you confirm the NO. But it never has you confirm the order, terms and conditions. Once you say NO for the final time on the last of about 6 items, it submits the order and says thank you. No phone number on the website or the email confirmation. Just a noreply email address.

When I went to find a phone number, I found a list of complaints against the company. Wrong charges, unwanted items, empty items, poor treatment, bad customer service, etc. Fortunately for me, their system did not allow me to correct the info because I had entered my shipping address in what turned out to be the billing information. Therefore, the charge won't be processed by my bank. If I had not made that mistake or it had let me correct it, I would have been the next person duped by Fix It Pro, Simonize, and Bily May, God rest his soul. Too bad he did such a good job of advertising company products that were nothing less than scammers.

Never again. Buyer beware.
