Indian man with Indian supervisor claim to be from fix-mycomputer in Hurst, TX (3417 Bear Creek Dr.) call claiming Microsoft sends them all the error reports off your PC. They claim that even if you click "Do Not Sent" that the error info is sent to Microsoft and forwarded to them as they claim they are subcontractors with Microsoft. They politely request access to your computer to "Show" you the error, which they claim is a virus. They are very polite in that British English Indian way, but insist you need to allow them access to your computer. They "explain" that they can't tell you about the error, but they need to SHOW you the error. Being polite, they stay on the phone with you for a very long time (>20minutes) trying to convince you to let them into your computer and that they are authorized by Microsoft. This is a scam. None of it is true and it is sad that they are doing business like this (even with numbers on the Do Not Call list).
