Worst sales and service you will ever experience and I recommend you DO NOT purchase anything or have any service done at this business. I have had nothing but problems since my purchase and the owners could care less about the fact that the new scooter was defective from day 1 and out of service for over 40 of the first 50 days after purchase and is still broken to this day.

I have never dealt with a more evasive, dishonest and I could care less about your problem business than Flat Squirrel Scooters in Lake in the Hills, IL.

My Scooter sat in the store for weeks (again) with no work and I had to call the scooter manufacturer to get the parts shipped 2 weeks after Flat Squirrel said they ordered the parts for the BRAND NEW SCOOTER, but the scooter company had NO record of that call or order???? I got the parts overnighted because the scooter company was very upset about the fact the scooter was out of service for 4+ weeks at this point for the 3rd time since purchase. They took another 4 days to install the parts and it still has not fixed the problem.

They also damaged the scooter as it sat for 30+ days in their shop. My new scooter now has dozens of scratches, marks, dings, and gouges due to the careless work of their shop and the scooter was returned to me in FILTHLY condition. My scooter sat outside in parts for weeks and I took pictures of it sitting there disassembled.

NO calls, NO follow-up, NO service, NO customer service, NO honesty, NO way you should get near this business. They will say anything to get you to buy the scooter and then you are on your own. DO NOT become their next victim.
