Warning to all when planning to dine at the Harrahs Flavor Buffet in Las Vegas. After waiting in line for 1 hour we arrived a few minutes before 3:00 pm at the cashers counter expecting to pay lunch prices for the Flavor buffet (lunch prices end at 3:00 according to their sign). The counter clerk kindly told us we would be charged dinner prices (double the price of lunch) because lunch prices expired at 3:00. My husband informed the clerk by show her the time on his cell phone exactly 3:00 pm. The clerk apologies as says sorry our registers automatically change the prices to dinner, there is nothing I can do. We then requested to speak with the Manager. Gabriela (manager) showed up and also confirmed we would have to pay dinner prices. After totally disguised by their bad customer service we left the Harrahs Casino and went to the Flamingo buffet. We were so glad we did. First of all the buffet ends at 4:00 and the buffet spread was amazing, they served crab legs, oysters, salmon, shimp and the dessert area had a chocolate fountain and made to order crepes. Yum... so avoid the Flavors buffet at the Harrahs instead go to the Flamingo. O did I mention the beautiful water fall view from your table.
