Fletcher's grossly over charges for their service. I took my 1998 KIA Sportage in for repair. After a simple computer "diag" which cost $90.00 it was determined that the "crank shaft position sensor" (CSPS) needed replacing. Fletcher's charged me $147.00 for the after market CSPS part. Upon further research (unfortunatley after the fact) I found that an after market CSPS part cost $59.99 and a "dealer" brand new CSPS part cost $110.26. I would also like to mention that my gut feeling is that Fletcher's never replaced or repaired my KIA eventhough I was billed $372.86. After picking up my "repaired" KIA it broke down 15 miles from their shop. My KIA had exactly the same mechanical problems as when I took to fletcher's for repair!
