I did all as they advised and they received my package of 3 empty bottles 14 days ago, but no refund yet. I tried emailing them but I got my email's returned. I called but all their lines were busy so I had to leave a message. No call back yet. It is wrong to offer a guarantee and then make a customer wait so long for a refund and reject their emails and phone calls. Sounds like a scam to me.
