Need your help to expose them
To all angry furious frustrated and just tired of struggling flexicell customers
I am tired of struggling with flexicell, and i need your help so we can expose them and get even with them.
They are commiting fraud, and we must stop it.

ripoff
i had 2 contracts with these fraudsters wich i canccelled in december2007 and in january 2008 they deducted 4x my premium and up to date didnt refund me and all of a sudden this month(october2008) deducted 2 premiums from my acc. how is this possible as i havent used there product for 10 months .IM GONNA OPEN A CASE AT MY LOCAL POLICE STATION FOR FRAUD

money deducted from my bank account
My flexicell contract expired December 2006, they even deducted a payment Dec for January 2007, I complained about that, so they sent me a new simcard, that i sent back, because i did`nt want a new contract again, i never received that money back, and now out of the blue, 15 Oktober 2008, they deduct a payment for a loan repayment, a loan? since when does a cell phone company loan money to people? and how gives them the right to take money from us without our consern?
What can we do to stop this SHARKS

Debiting money from account
Flexicell is being debiting money from my account, but no airtime received. I canceled the contract with them but still they take my money. Further steps will be taken concerning this matter.

Failure to refund debit order
I had a contract sim with Flexicell for about a year. I canceled the contract a year ago but Flexicell is still deducting money from my account. I have called them several time but it takes them long to put me through the authorized department.Its been months since I have been try to stop this, I even went to my bank manager to stop Flexicell from deducting money from my account. The bank can only stop it for three month and I had to pay for the bank to do this.

Blacklisting when contract was canceled
My son canceled a cell phone contract he had with Flexicell aka Longain Investments in (I think) Cape Town by fax and registered mail and for months after that they kept on taking off the money from his bank account. He went to ABSA bank who put a stop payment on and then when Flexicell saw that there was a stop payment on they cleverly changed the amount so that the stop payment would not pick it up - TALK ABOUT THIEVES!!!... Now they have "blacklisted" him and he cannot get any help in getting this off his name.

deduction,no airtime
flexicell.bunch of thieves to say the least.i have contacted them on numerous occasions to cancel contract because they deduct so timeously but somehow forget to send airtime.can anyone help me.i feel i need to contact an ombubsman or sue this thieving company

Money deducted from my account!
The money is been deducted from my account but the simcard is not working. This is the fourth week my simcard is not working. When I insect the simcard it says LIMITED SERVICE. I want to know why you deducted money on my account while this simcard s not working here. Please I want my money back because Flexicell is been taking more money from my account. I had to write again last time. Please send me an answer because if I don't really get it I'll have to contact some people about this matter.

Bad service!
I called the on 28-01-08 to complain they answered my call after 40 minutes and promised to investigate the matter and call me back and to date nothing has happened, and the new sms service they provide is a lie cause no one calls you back to top it all they tell you to press 1 if you want to leave a message but their mailbox is always full. This is the worst service ever.

Bad service!
I was contacted by an employee of Flexicell last year and was offered a flexicell contract whereby my bank account would be debited with R 69 per month. I agreed to it and the 1st payment was deducted form my bank account. I was contacted a second time whereby they offered me the upgraded contract for R 109 per month, which I accepted, due to the fact that the airtime will be more convenient to suit my needs.

The following month, I saw that 3 x R109 was deducted from my bank account by debit order & I lodge a complaint. They all had excuses for the mistake & told me that another 2 contracts were issued to me and were sent via the post office. I told them I do not need 3 contracts and they must cancel them, but no results. I was contacted by Vodacom and was told that they not affiliated with Flexicell anymore and I should cancel my debit order, what I did but still the debit order is going through on a monthly basis.

I am really annoyed with the bad service & the negligence of Flexi cell.
