Double debit order taken
I have checked my acc and i see that my acc is been debited 2 x 129 and 2 x 99 and 4 x9 debit order fee
I have send and e-mail to customer care this morning 03' 2007 and i did not get any service up till now i paid R492.00 just to get a contract. I feel that FlexiCell should refund me and cancel the contracts that i have with flexicell and it will cost me much cheaper to go on prepaid.

Double debit order!
Without phoning me to tell me about the problem, Flexicell suspended my to up contract because of a debit order not going off. On Saturday I went in to the bank and drew a statement, where I saw that they took 2 X R99 & 2 X R69. That is after I've phoned 2 days before the debit date to inquire about the amount going off. Is the R99 not only deductible the first month? I've had a lot of money deducted because of bank charges and would like it back and my phone working again. The alternative is to cancel my husband and my contracts because of incompetence!!!

I am waiting for my packadge
I received a call last year to apply for Flexicell cellular services. I did apply. I never received my package. I did call a cell number and left a lot of messages to say that I am not using that postal address any more.

They are deducting money every month since last year.

• I never received my package
• I pay every month

I never signed for any thing to be deducted the lady I spoke to said she will send me papers before doing anything else.

Money taken from my account
I received a call from a sales consultant in the middle of March 2007 offering me this "wonderful" package from FlexiCell where I only have to pay R69.00 a month and receive R85.00 airtime and 25 free sms in return, I can also retain my current cellphone number. I took this contract thinking that I am getting a good product, but to my disgust I feel otherwise today. My first installment went off from my bank account on 24 March, 2007 - R69.00 monthly charges and R99.00 activation fees, at this stage I was still waiting for my sim card; I called to ask what is going on and was assured that I will received the sim shortly. At the end of April another R69.00 monthly charges went off and to my disgust another R99.00, I called to question this and was told that the second R99.00 was a yearly levy, yet I had not at this stage even seen the sim card. I then asked to speak to a Manager, but the customer consultant could not even give me the manager's name as she did not know who the manager was. I laughed at her wanting to know what type of company does she work for that she does not even know who employs her; when I requested an email address to send an complaint a man came on the line and read me an email address, when I asked him who he was he told me a consultant, I asked him if he thought I was stupid, when I asked to speak to a manager I get a consultant, who does he think he is. He assured me that if I send my complaints email it will be sent to a mangers, how this could be done when they did not even know who their managers was I have no idea, but anyway I sent the email. At the end of May I eventually got to speak to a Manageress, this was a month after my email, her name was Lee-Anne, she assured me the problem would be sorted out, but to this day I have NOT received any sim card from FlexiCell yet they are debiting my account with "their" R69.00. I would like to cancel this contract and would like my money to be reimbursed.

Poor service!
After 3 months of flexicell taken money from my bank i have received nothing but the run around from them. More than R 400 has been taken from my account. My Mother has phoned them to cancel my contract and told them to ensure that the money is paid back into my account to date nothing has been done and another debit order has been drawn. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Unprofessional and poor service
I agreed to enter in to Flexicell account, they started to make a debit from my savings account on the 25th April 2007. I was told to wait 10 to 14 working days before i get my package, but i ended up waiting for 2 and half months, i only received my package (2 vodacom sim card) on the 21 June 2007 with only R69 airtime, in 1 sim card and the other one had R0.03. I was told i will be sent airtime voucher numbers before the end of the 21st June, but i did receive an sms. On 22nd of June i called and i was told i will get my airtime before the end of the day or tomorrow. On the 25 June i called again and i was told the same story that i will receive an sms before the end of the day. On the the 25th June07 i was debited R336. On the 25 April i was debited R168 and 25 May i was debited R267.

I am tired of wasting my time for calling them only to find out I'm not attended to. This is driving me insane. I am buying airtime for myself whereas they suppose to give me. I use my airtime again to call them whereas i suppose to use this airtime for my other personal reasons. Its been three months now and i never in a single day be impressed with their service. I am starting to hate this company.

Please help to deal with this problem and this company someone!

Money debited, no Airtime given!
Flexicell is debiting money from my account, but no airtime is given!!! I phoned several times in the past two months but they keep saying accounts department will phone but they never do. I am wasting a lot of time and money trying to sort out this problem! I see i am not the only one with this problem!!!

Pay for nothing
I had a contract with this company which I had to pay a yearly fee of R99 and a monthly subscription of R59. Without any notice R59 change to R69. Now instead of paying R99 yearly I payed it twice this year. I complained about it on the 7th of May 2007 and it was said it will be replaced on my bank account, same day I closed this account. To my surprise the money is not back into my account and yet they are still taking my R69 fee.

Bad after sale service!
We where introduced to flexicel via a phone call promising us all this airtime for R69 p/m (x2) with a registration fee of R99 (x2) in return we have received squat... we phoned the toll free number and when the operator confirmed I.D. number's he politely told us that we had canceled the contracts on the 24th of May 2007, so why did they deduct R69 (x2) on the31th of May 2007.

Is that not stealing???

No service rendered for monies received
I am very disgusted in flexicell because they aproached me for business and then could not deliver what was promised to me.

I orderd 2 flexicell sim cards in november 2006 and today on 2 may 2007 have still yet to receive this package.

After countless phone calls and messages left i have still not received any service from flexicell even though i have been paying them for 4 months already.

It gets better, they have been constantly calling me, trying to sell me more sim cards but to no avail they debited my account for 2 additional sim cards without my permission.

I am speechless.
