I have two cell phone contracts with Flexicell who were extremely quick to offer me the reduced airtime contract but sad to say are not that quick to attend to after sales customer service. My only contact with son is via this cell phone contract and as from last week Thursday to date (6 days) this contract is still not in operation.
Total dissatisfaction with their service, each time I phone, I obtain another operator who dishes out even further sales nonsense. I most definitely would not refer any one to Flexicell and am seriously considering terminating my two contracts with them.
