Flexnjoints have taken £129.53
I came across an advert on the product Acai berries, used by and recommended by certain actresses and also backed up by health professionals. I purchased a trial for the total cost of £3.95 and accepted. I then found a transaction on my account where flexnjoints have taken £129.53! On contacting the bank I have to give the company 15 days to supply the goods before they will get involved, however, I do not want the goods as I feel conned and that they have purposely mislead me in making an agreement to a lot more money than was advertised and agreed to, therefore making any contract void. I can not get in touch with the company and am unsure of how to argue this matter other than to seek legal advice! If anyone can advise me i would be hugely grateful. I just want a refund.

Tried ringing carn't get through in a queue, e-mailed them no reply automated e-mail telling me to ring customer services. Cancelled the whole thing i hope from another site. Unauthorised payments
I sent for a 60 trial of Acai for £2.95, with the option of cancelling once my order arrive. I received 30 day supply and tried phoning to cancel but could never get through or was left on hold for quarter of an hour. I thought that I had cancelled on their website but still had £128 invoiced to my credit card. I tried their website again but could not get on to their 'chat' because I had cancelled. I clicked on the cross to cancel the next month and it now says 'Refund pending' but, having read these comments, I don't hold out much hope. Wish I had read this website before ordering.

unauthorized payment
I ordered acai 30 day trial weight loss, it was to cost me $7.95 total. $50 was taken from my prepaid visa card (probably because that was all they could get!) The product was to be ship within three days, that was april 3/11. It is now April 21/11 and when i called the 1-800 # i could not understand half of the conversation because the connection was breaking up. Basically they said the terms and conditions said if i did not cancel within three days i became a lifetime member and was charged for this. I told them i wanted a refund within two days, but don't think i got anywhere with them, i ended up hanging up! Will try and call back again to see if i get a better connection. What a scam!
