I had a little extra money and was going to upgrade my Flickr photosharing account to a Pro account but had an incredibly difficult time attempting to do this. When I clicked on Upgrade I was referred to the Yahoo site, which then gave me a very hard time where I could not get in and ended up changing my password and wasting a lot of time. I contacted Help and was told to do something with my computer's cookies which I did not want to mess with. My reasoning is why can't they simply have an easy click solution for everyone to upgrade, delete their account, or whatever else the customer wants to do without having to go into Yahoo, which is a huge hassle. They need to make it simpler to do these things from the Flickr site itself. I no longer have good feelings about Yahoo OR Flickr because of all the problems with them. I like the site for the quality of the photos on it, and the ease of uploading and manipulating the photos, but because they made it so difficult to upgrade and even delete my account, they are simply not worth the time I've spent trying to get through. I will keep my photos on other photosharing sites that are more user-friendly, thanks very much. My photos are now just going to sit there without additions or upgrades at all because I can't get in. No one should have to go into their computer and mess around with cookies or whatever just to upgrade their account and Yahoo needs to be WAY more user-friendly and simpler to get around in.
