I used priceline for the very first, and absolutely the very last time.
I have been taveling to cabo san lucas mexico for many years. I always used other sites. this time, I used priceline not for any other reason than to just try them out. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I booked a car rental and paid for collision coverage up front. $11 per day for 14 days. when I got there, the company I rented a car from doesnt actually exist in that location. There is no advantage rentel car in cabo san lucas. its hertz. but hertz didnt recognize the collision insurance I paid for and tried to double the amount. I took my chances and did not buy their insurance and used what I had already paid for. this is clear BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. I also purchased travelers insurance as I always do.
My uncle had a stroke and I had to come home early.
Not only did priceline make it nearly impossible to get home, but when I turned in the rental car, they would not refund the unused days that I had already paid for on the insurance for the car.
they charged me nearly $600 to get home and then tried not to get me home with in 24 hours. 30 hours later I was home. they have no refund ability on their system so I would have to assume they have never refunded anyone for anything.
use vacationstogo.com or some other booking site besides priceline as they are bait and switch.

Fuck you priceline, I have only begun to expose your rip off tactics!!!
