KLM's service sucks!!! I am so emotionally toiled by the KLM customer service, perhaps someone in France. I asked the change in the flights. I asked the customer service to go ahead. She told me that she will call back with exact amount needed for the change. Noone called or emailed despite the promise. No I am told that it is a no show. I called them to complain and they told me that I am lying...it is my problem to call back evenif the agent told me to contact me by email or call. Worse is the way KLM customer service people talk to you...the attitude is like customers are morons! Telling the customer the policies rather than listening to the problem, putting the blame on customer. May God help KLM!

Seat and Baggage space resold

Hi

We recently booked a holiday and travelled with Viking Airways we booked and paid for 3 seats unfortunately my step son was unable to travel with us due to legal problems with his mother waiving the court order which said he could come on holiday with us for four weeks in any one year Viking refused to refund the money for his seat £356.00 and so we took that on the chin and expected to have a vacant seat next to us on our flight and the baggage allowance that accompanied that seat. When we reached the airport we were told that our baggage was 12kilos over the limit we were quite surprised and said well we have paid for an extra seat and we were quickly informed that the seat and the baggage allowance for that seat had been resold and that we would have to pay an extra £75.00 for our luggage. Can you let me know if this is correct as we were expecting the seat to be vacant.
