We paid them $2, 100 of a $4, ooo fee to modify our home loan. We were told it was all taken care of. To our surprise our loan company never had correspondance with them! We never got the remod and F.L.M actually called back later and asked us for the balance on the fee.They preyed on our misfortune in this housing meltdown.
