Flooring Depot is great during the sales transaction, but impossible to communicate with once the deposit is made. Promised delivery dates were not performed, stories changed per phone call, extra charges changed on a daily basis (from $240 to $470 to install about 10 meters of quarter round trim sold at $10/meter). Crew worked full time between 8AM and 1PM. Did not return after 'lunch'. Attempts to call the sales rep (also owner Mr. Prizzi) were not returned at all and the assistant informed us 'He does not want to talk to you'. The next day, the calls resulted in yelling and threats. This is not what I expect for customer service. Bad experience all around.

The stories were actually funny if you look back:
Promised installation start Monday 11AM after 4 weeks of signing contract/down payment.
Called and asked where they were: Answer: Well, it is a holiday (MLK day), so we don't work.
Question: When do we start?
Answer: Wednesday since we don't have the material !

Needless to say there were many more of these lies and story changes.
