I ordered flowers for the funeral of a family friend I gave the name and funeral home. I paid the delivery service, the date and time of delivery and the instructions card to read.
The day after the funeral I was told that there was no card from me. Pictures do not show any flowers from me.
I immediately called the florists. The person said she would call me back. She never did.
I immediately called my amex card company and they established a report. The company did not even respond to Amex within the required period and therefore the charges to me were dropped.
I have since received several invoices from FMI- and a statement signed by the funeral home saying that the flowers were delivered. However the funeral director who worked with the family Trevor says no flowers of that description or with my name was forwarded to him for placement in the viewing area for my aunt.
