This company sends fax listings of vacation package deals. Takes your money and sends nice brochures. But when it's time to arrange a stay, they are non-responsive, they ID your incoming phone calls, and then do not answer your calls. The secretary takes messages, but no one calls us back. We lost $500.00 in purchasing a package and could never get an answer back from an employee. We even sent the Florida Buereau of Regulation and Enforcement a letter but they could do nothing about it.
