Hotels.com. What can I say that might provide insight. READ ALL DISCLAIMERS CAREFULLY! As of this posting hotels.com does not gaurantee the number of beds in a room or smoking preference! You could theoretically end up with a room insufficient for the size of your group. They state charges to your credit card are for room, taxes/fees. The hotel may or may not ADD bundled "service fees" that could significantly increase your bill. I'm not talking about phone calls and movies. I'm talking about news papers you may or may not read, transportation you may or may not use and internet access that is portrayed as "included in the room charge", parking and more.
I travel about 160 days a year, stay at a variety of hotels (usually booked by business travel center) and will NEVER use hotels.com AGAIN!
