I open an account with FPL online and get the electricity in my new Apt in Miami, than later FPL asked for $230 deposit,
Since I was out of the country in August 17 2010 FPL sent tech. to disconnect my service.
After my return I called FPL and ask them to put my service back so they asked me to pay over the phone the deposi + $15.29 for the electricity charge.
FPL promised to send their tech. to connect my service back, after the visit of FPL tech. to the electric room in our secure building the switch never work again.
Now FPL said that they put my service back and my service is not back and the switch is broken by the FPL tech. since Oct 28 2010.
I can not move to my new Apt with my 3 years old kid and FPL refuse to repair the dammage made by their tech.
PLEASE HELP ME AGAINST FPL RUDE PEOPLE AND BAD SERVICE.
