Customer Service was the worst, i honestly felt like crying ...I first called the customer service to make reservations for a charter bus for my sister, I told them she is traveling alone and if their is any way the bus driver could let my baby sister know (since she is traveling alone from Tampa) when and what bus stop she is getting off .
the lady was so mean on the phone..it was a type of micro-Messaging form of bullying ...and i only wanted one answer for my question so i kept on the phone...i asked to speak to the manager, then she hanged up...I called again then she a gay guy answered the phone...he says he is the manager then he screemed at me on the phone and said i was a joke...do not call this company because they dont care to help you .
