Installed water filtering equipment but didn't give me any brochures or directions on the equipment. I have told them I want to be on the service plan but they will not give me a service contract, refuse to service the equipment and will not give me the info I need to service it myself. (It also sounds like if I service it myself, it could effect the warranty on the equipment. I am using unfiltered Florida well water in my home which I believe to be a definite health risk. I have contacted BBB but they don't seem to be accomplishing anything. In the meantime, I am paying for this system that isn't doing it's job.
