My boyfriend and I called this bus company (florida sunshine shuttle), and we explained we needed to book a seat on their bus going from Kissimmee, florida to the port of Miami. The first time we called we were so appalled by the attitute of the gentlemen on the other side of the phone. He apparently did not understand english and then he started being rude to us and then told us we were being rude. We hung up and called again and to our amazement we got an even worse customer service "Lady" on the phone. When I explained the departure place and the place where we wanted to go, she claimed they did not go there, although the website advertises it does. She continue to scream at us and then hung up the phone on us. After, we called again and asked to speak to a supervisor, and the lady again refused stating there is no manager there till 0ne hour.

This is the worst customer service I have ever been in contact with. Thank goodness I did not book a trip with them. I could imagine what the trip would have been.
